RFQ 22*09 Printing and Mailing of PERS and TRS Benefit Statement

The State of Alaska, Office of Procurement and Property Management (OPPM), Department of Administration (DOA), Division of Retirement and Benefits (DRB), is soliciting quotes for Printing and Mailing of 2021 Alaska Public Employee’s Retirement System (PERS) and Alaska Teachers’ Retirement System (TRS) Annual Benefit Statement. Quotes will be received until 2:00 p.m. Alaska Time, September 20, 2021. Quotes received after the specified deadline will be considered non-responsive.

Deliverables: The service for the printing and mailing of PERS annual statement must be commenced, completed, and mailed by September 30, 2021. TRS annual benefit statement shall be commenced, completed, and mailed on or before October 15, 2021.

Contract Period: The length of the contract will be effective from the date of a fully executed contract, for a period of one year, with the option to renew for an additional one-year term under the same conditions to be exercised solely on the State’s discretion.
