Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Land Office has authorized issuance of a public utility easement for the following:

APPLICANT: United Utilities, Inc.

PROJECT NAME: ADL 421598

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: About 3 miles northwest of Manley Hot Springs.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Within Section 36, Township 3 North, Range 16 West, Fairbanks Meridian.

AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land, and Water (DMLW), Northern Regional Office has authorized issuance of a public utility easement approximately 408 feet in length to United Utilities Inc.
