IRFP Close date and time: August 19, 2021 @ 10:00 a.m. AST

The Department of Corrections, Division of Health and Rehabilitation Services, is soliciting an informal request for proposals (IRFP) for a ServSafe Certified Instructor to provide food safety training and certification exams to inmates in 9 institutions - HMCC, FCC, SCCC, WCC, PCC, GCCC, YKCC, KCC and LCCC.

Sealed proposals will be received until 10:00 a.m. on August 19, 2021, at the address listed in the IRFP.  It is the intent of the State to issue a contract for the provision of these services beginning on or about September 13, 2021 through June 30, 2022, with optional renewal up to June 30, 2023.
