The Marijuana Control Board has amended the following regulations regarding THC Content in Edibles
The sections affected are: 3 AAC 306.005(1); 3 AAC 306.300(a)(2); 3 AAC 306.560; 3 AAC 306.645(b)(1). The actual regulations document is attached to this notice, below.
The Lieutenant Governor signed and filed the regulation on August 2, 2021, with an effective date of September 1, 2021.
The regulations will appear in Register 239, October 2021, of the Alaska Administrative Code. Moreover, updated regulations will be available on our website no later than September 1, 2021. For further questions, please email amco.regs@alaska.gov.
