REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Sealed proposals for Camp Denali Bldg. 49000 Mass Notification System, Design Build, Program Number 25RC091632 will be received before 4:00 p.m., August 19, 2021 in the office of the Chief of Contracts, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded contract will provide the necessary design and construction services to install a new building-wide Mass Notification System (MNS) at the existing building 49000 Camp Denali at Joint Base Elmendorf – Richardson (JBER).

The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Project completion date will be December 15, 2022.

A site visit has been scheduled during the advertising period on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. To attend pre-bid site visit, please email the following information to Vadim.Belozertsev@alaska.gov  at least 72hrs prior to the scheduled site visit: First and Last Name, Date of Birth, Company Name, Driver’s License and State it was issued.  Once approved, on the day of the site visit present ID, copy of vehicle registration and proof of insurance per JBER access requirements at the Richardson Visitor Center (Arctic Valley).

Proposal documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
