The State of Alaska, Department of Natural Resources, Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation, subject to the provisions of AS 41.21.020 will receive sealed bids for
Big Lake North SRS Earthquake Damage Repairs, Project No. 71028-2

Work includes:
This solicitation includes work to repairing a section of the boat launch approach by removing damaged asphalt and repaving the area, and crack seal work around the site. Work also includes structural modifications to 3 picnic shelters and 4 new concrete slabs.
This is a 25% state funded and 75% federal funded project.
The bids will be received until 2:00 PM prevailing time on August 17, 2021, at the Division's Anchorage office, 550 W 7th Avenue, Suite 1380, Anchorage, Alaska 99501-3565. The Department will assemble, open, and then publicly announce the timely-received bids at 550 W. 7th Avenue, Suite 1340; Anchorage, AK 99501, at 2:15 PM, or as soon thereafter as practicable.
Bids may be held by the Division for a period of forty (40) calendar days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders prior to awarding the contract.
