CONSTRUCTION INVITATION TO BIDS (ITB’s)
Sealed bids in single copy for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work on Project No. SAMHS00294; AMHS Engineering Facility Upgrade, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time August 12, 2021, at the Construction Contracts Office, 1st Floor, 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, Alaska.
This State funded project will consist of the renovation of approximately 4,285 SF of existing office and storage spaces within the first floor of the AMHS Ward Cove Building to provide upgraded office and associated workspaces. The project is primarily interior with minor exterior work.
The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All work shall be completed by December 20, 2021.

Hard copies of these documents are still available in hard copy for a non-refundable fee of $50.00/set from the Southeast Regional Contracts, 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, Alaska, 99801-7999. Bidding Documents are available for inspection at the office of the Regional Department of Transportation and Public Facilities offices in Anchorage, Fairbanks and Juneau.
