• Leasing and Facilities Consolidation;
• Indirect Cost Rate Proposal Procedures, Training, Assistance with Software Implementation and Software Testing;
• Small Cost Allocation Plans Consolidation and Outreach; and
• State Equipment Fleet Assistance
