Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work on Project No. 0809007/NFHWY00481 Lake Louise Road Resurfacing, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, August 17, 2021, in the Office of the Contracts Engineer, Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.

The project consists of resurfacing Lake Louise Road between milepost 9-19 with double B/C chip asphalt surface treatment.  Project will include minor leveling, grading, clearing, drainage improvements, and roadside hardware.

Engineer's Estimate is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.

The project completion date is July 31, 2022.
