INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for AMATS: O’Malley Road Reconstruction Phase II Livingston Street to Hillside Drive, Project Number 0512005 / Z539350000, will be received before 2:00 p.m., July 16, 2021 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded project will reconstruct O'Malley Road from Livingston Street to Hillside Drive. Project work includes utilities, grading, paving, pathways, signing, striping, signalization and illumination.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. The Project completion date will be October 1, 2024.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings. From the DOT&PF website: http://dot.alaska.gov/procurement/awp/awp-bids.cfm?rc=CR your company must self-register by clicking on the Plan Holders link, or register with the Central Region Plans Room, or your bid may not be accepted.

Bidding documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
