On May 5, 2021, the Board of Nursing adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 44 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern repeal of obsolete language relating to continuing education requirements.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor (or designee) on June 4, 2021, and will go into effect on July 4, 2021. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 239, October 2021 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
