Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:

PROJECT NAME: LAS 33674
GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Located in Southcentral Alaska on the eastern side of the City of Valdez in the southeast corner of Robe Lake.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: NE1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 21, Township 9 South, Range 5 West, Copper River Meridian
REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Applicant, Swierk Enterprises LLC is requesting authorization for use of state submerged lands for installation and maintenance of two floating docks to be used in conjunction with a commercial lodge on Robe Lake in Valdez. Two dock structures are requested: one straight dock, 8 feet by 90 feet and one U-shaped dock occupying a space of 60 feet by 90 feet.

Start: May 20, 2021
End: May 19, 2026
DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS: June 15, 2021
The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at the Southcentral Regional Land Office, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 900C, Anchorage, AK 99501-3577 on or before 5:00 PM on the date noted above. After review and adjudication, we may issue an authorization with stipulations for the activity. The activity may be modified during the review and adjudication process.
