WEB-BASED NATIONAL SERVICE PROGRAM FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Division of Administrative Services of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development on the behalf of Serve Alaska, a section of the Division of Community and Regional Affairs is soliciting proposals to provide a web-based reporting system that the Serve Alaska staff, program directors, supervisors, and members access for member management and program and financial management and reports.

The contractor will provide an AmeriCorps compliant, password protected program with appropriate program and financial management tools. The contractor will provide initial and ongoing training and support for this system and ensure ongoing compliance with Federal regulations and requirements.

The Department estimates a budget of between $12,000 and $16,000 dollars annually for completion of this project. Proposals priced at more than $112,000 over the firm term and all renewal options will be considered non-responsive.

There might be a pre-proposal conference held via WebEx. Those wishing to attend the WebEx must contact the Procurement Officer in advance to receive information on how to attend. If there are no parties wishing to attend the pre-proposal conference by 4:00 PM Alaska Time on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 the pre-proposal conference will not be held.
