This finding is contained in the State Air Quality Control Plan adopted on November 19, 2019.

Total emissions from U.S. Army Garrison Alaska’s Fort Wainwright are 212 tpy, which includes a decrease in sulfur dioxide emissions of 104.5 tpy from the ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel content limit of equal to or less than 15 ppmw.
