NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE
ALASKA STUDENT LOAN CORPORATION

The Alaska Student Loan Corporation (ASLC) Board will meet on Thursday, May 13, 2021, from 1:30 p.m. to approximately 2:30 p.m.  The meeting will originate from the offices of the Corporation at 3030 Vintage Boulevard, Juneau, Alaska.  This meeting is open to the public and will be conducted via distance delivery.   Individuals seeking to join the meeting should not appear in person, but should call-in using the information below.

Agenda items will include election of officers, consideration of a resolution to support SB 94 & HB 114, and adoption of loan program variable interest rates for 2021-2022.  The board will also hear updates on the ongoing work related to the Corporation’s annual Investment Policy review and the consent solicitation for redeeming the 2013 Refunding Note that bears interest at a rate tied to the London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR).  Circumstances may cause items to be added or deleted from the agenda.
