The Civil Rights Office (CRO) would like to invite you to participate in the upcoming public comment period for the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) FFY 2021-2023 revised draft of the proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal Methodology.
This public comment period is open from April 12th, 2021 to May 12th, 2021.
The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF) proposes the following overall DBE goal: 8.28% race-neutral and 0.00% race-conscious. You may find a copy of the revised draft of the goal methodology online at:
