Notice of Pipeline Application

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on April 1, 2021, Cook Inlet Energy, LLC (CIE) and Gardes Holdings, Inc. (GHI), filed a joint application seeking approval of the transfer of CIE’s controlling interest in Anchor Point Energy, LLC (APE) to GHI. APE is the holder of Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (Certificate) No. 734 for the North Fork Pipeline. Docket P-21-006 was opened to address this matter.  

GHI is a Nevada corporation formed in 2016 for the purpose of acquiring, owning, and operating natural gas and oil production, gathering, and related properties and assets in the United States. GHI, and its wholly owned subsidiary, Vision Resources, LLC, have assembled a team to operate their newly acquired Cook Inlet assets. APE’s primary asset is the North Fork Pipeline, which was constructed to transport natural gas produced from the North Fork Unit. 

In conjunction with the joint application, the Applicants have filed a petition for confidential treatment of GHI’s financial statements. Interested persons may file a response to the petition for confidential treatment with the Commission by 5:00 p.m. April 28, 2021.

The Commission has not assessed the completeness of the application. The Commission may determine whether the application is complete by May 28, 2021.
