INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Parks Hwy: Seward Meridian Pkwy to Lucus Rd Preventive Maintenance, Project Number 0A41038 / CFHWY00285, will be received before 2:00 p.m., March 31, 2021 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded project will repave the Parks Highway from Seward Meridian Parkway to Lucus Road. Project work includes guardrail, guardrail end treatments, rehabilitation of roadway structural section in select locations, automated traffic recorders, storm drains, signs, striping, and ADA and ARRC crossing improvements.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The Project completion date will be October 31, 2021.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings. Bidding documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
