PROPOSAL TO LEASE STATE LAND

AT FAIRBANKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, State of Alaska, proposes to execute a Land Use Permit at Fairbanks International Airport for Block 100, Lot 6A, containing approximately 30,250 square feet.  The file number is ADA-90894, and the applicant is Turbo North Aviation, Ltd.  The term of the lease is 4 months commencing March 1, 2021 through June 30, 2021.  Annual rent for the land is $3,630.00, at the rate of $0.12 per square foot per year.

The department reserves the right to correct technical defects, premises description, term, or purposes and may reject any or all applications or comments.
