The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-50806 (Lot 6, Block 100, consisting of approximately 13,125 square feet), at Klawock Airport for an additional thirty one (31) years, to expire July 1, 2069.  Applicant:  Steven Gruenberg.  Annual rent:  $1,942.50.  Authorized uses:  Aeronautical - Construction and maintenance of a hangar for aviation use, including air taxi/air charter business, aircraft storage, aircraft maintenance, air freight handling and offices and vehicle parking associated with these activities.  Incidental use of office for non-aviation, if no aviation demand, and for temporary overnight quarters for flight delays due to inclement weather.  Fueling of Lessee-controlled aircraft only (no fuel sales).
