50744 Proposal to Amend a Lease at the King Salmon Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to reduce the term of Lease ADA-50744 (Lot 2, Block 100, consisting of approximately 28,000 square feet), at King Salmon Airport to expire May 1, 2022.  Applicant:  King Salmon Ground LLC.  Annual rent:  $5,168.51.  Authorized uses:  Aeronautical – the maintenance and operation of a building to be used for the handling, forwarding and storage of air cargo; storage and dispensing of aviation fuel from a mobile fueler; aircraft and vehicle parking; all in support of Lessee’s commercial aviation operations.

Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., March 10, 2021, after which the Department will determine whether or not to amend the Lease.  The Department’s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.  Information is available from Sharyn Augustine, Statewide Aviation Leasing, PO Box 112505, Juneau, AK 99811-2505, phone (907) 465-6893 or fax (907) 465-1395 or email sharyn.augustine@alaska.gov.  Anyone needing hearing impaired accommodation may call TDD (907) 451-2363.
