Class I Landfill Expansion
The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) has determined that the Matanuska Susitna Borough (MSB) renewal application of the Palmer Central Landfill permit including the operation of a new municipal waste cell, described below, is complete. ADEC is proposing to renew the solid waste permit for the facility.

OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION:
ADEC is seeking comment regarding the proposed permit only. Notice is given that any person interested may present written comments relevant to the proposed permit to ADEC. Written comments will be included in the record if received before 11:59 p.m. on April 5, 2021.
