On December 4, 2020, The Board of Dental Examiners adopted regulation changes to Title 12, Chapter 28 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern license qualifications for dentists and dental hygienists.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on January 20, 2021, and will go into effect February 19, 2021. See the attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 237, April 2021 in the Alaska Administrative Code.
