The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (Department) proposes to issue an Owner Requested Limit approval (ORL) AQ1496ORL01 to Crowley Fuels, LLC for the Juneau Bulk Fuel Facility under Alaska Statute 46.14 and regulation 18 AAC 50.

Emissions: The potential to emit VOC at the stationary source is approximately 0 tons-per-year.
ADEC Preliminary Review: Based on review of the application, the Department has made a preliminary decision to approve the ORL for the Juneau Bulk Fuel Facility.

Opportunity for Public Participation: Notice is also given that any interested person may present written statements relevant to the draft documents by the close of the public comment period. Written comments will be included in the record if received by close of the comment period. ADEC will consider all comments received and make any changes ADEC finds beneficial or necessary to assure compliance with 18 AAC 50 or State Law. Any person may request a public hearing and that hearing will be held if ADEC finds that good cause exists.
