STATES RESPONSE TO SUBMITTED QUESTIONS OUTLINED BELOW:
1. What is the anticipated unique number of individuals that would need to interact with the system?
A) 200-250 (Internal and External)
2. Is the $500,000 budget to span across the entire six (6) years, including software needs?
A) Budget has been updated to $1.62 million for six (6) years, $270,000.00 per contract year.
3. What is the timeline for this project/implementation? Anticipated project start and end dates, would be helpful?
A) The State plans to solicit for these services in six (6) months.
4. Does the State Department have existing agreements with either DocuSign or AdobeSign, if digital signatures are required as part of the solution?
A) The State would explore this if it is an integral part of what is proposed.

The State of Alaska, Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Public Health, Section of Health Analytics and Vital Records (HAVRS) is seeking letters of interest from qualified parties capable and interested in the collection, storage, and transfer of vital records forms and data.
Experience and Qualifications
Interested parties must demonstrate the following minimum prior experience requirements in their letter of interest:
Budget
The budget for this project is not to exceed $500,000.00 for a six (6) year contract.
