Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Sprint Communications Company L.P. (Sprint) filed TA11-750, seeking to revise its rules for the type of residency documentation required for text telephone distribution. Sprint seeks to remove the provision regarding accepting only a valid Alaska driver’s license and/or State of Alaska identification card.
This notice may not contain all requested revisions, and the Commission may approve a requirement or classification that varies from those proposed.
