The Contractor shall provide professional services for the subject project. The primary purpose of the project is resurfacing the roadway and other improvements include signing, striping, drainage, dig outs, curb ramps, roadside hardware and utility relocation. It is anticipated that the initial contract will be awarded for environmental document support activities. Subject to the receipt of the additional required project funding, the Contracting Agency anticipates adding the full range of services needed for the project which would include development of a Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) assembly suitable for project bidding and construction, permitting support, design survey, DSR development, public involvement, ESCP generation, support during bidding and construction, and assistance with design closeout.
A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately March 2021 to December 2024. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $250,000 to $500,000.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available December 17, 2020 and may be obtained using the link shown below. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.
Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than January 14, 2021, 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
