PROPOSAL TO LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF) proposes to execute an Airport Administered Premises Lease, ADA-31885C for Room C1631 (1178 sf) located in the South Terminal at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.  Current Terminal rent rate is $25.00/s.f./yr.

AUTHORIZED USES: Expansion of Staff offices for employees to spread out due to COVID-19.

The lease file is available for review during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at the Leasing Office of Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, located in Room C3980 on the third floor of the South Terminal, at 5000 W. International Airport Road, Anchorage, Alaska 99502.  Please call the Main Office at (907) 266-2526 or the Operator at (907) 266-5626 between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm to make arrangements to review the lease file.  All arrangements for lease file review must be scheduled 24 hours in advance of lease file review.  Comments for applications may be submitted in writing to: Attention: Lisa Moore, Leasing Officer, Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, P.O.
