ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL BOARD MEETING
JANUARY 5, 2021
ZOOM MEETING

Pursuant to Alaska Statutes 04.06.050, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board is holding a meeting on January 5, 2021, to consider its agenda covering liquor license applications, license enforcement actions and suspensions, ongoing and proposed regulations projects, and other matters that may come before it.  The board may hold hearings to ascertain the reaction of the public and a local governing body to license applications pursuant to AS 04.11.510(b)(2) when required by AS 04.11.470, AS 04.11.480, or on the board’s own initiative. The board will review written public comment on open regulations projects but will not take verbal public comment on any open regulations projects at this meeting.  

The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 5, 2021, and will be held using the Zoom application.  The meeting is open to the public to attend at any time during the meeting. The board will reserve a time period on Tuesday, January 5, 2021, for public comment regarding items not on the agenda and not relating to regulations currently out for public comment.
