NOTICE OF MEETING
The ARMB Audit Committee will meet on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 9:00 am, by teleconference, to review and discuss financial statement updates, GASB 68/75 PERS & TRS allocation schedules for participating employers, employer audit report, and other matters to properly come before the committee.
The ARMB Defined Contribution Plan Committee will meet Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 10:00 am, by teleconference, immediately following the Audit Committee (if they need more time) to discuss updates on investment options, record-keeping, educational outreach, and other matters to properly come before the committee.
The ARMB Actuarial Committee will meet Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 1:00 pm, by teleconference, immediately following the DC Plan Committee (if they need more time after the lunch hour) to discuss valuations and actuary review update, actuarial valuation timelines, and other matters to properly come before the committee.
The ARMB Operations Committee will meet Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 3:00pm, by teleconference, immediately following the Actuarial Committee (if they need more time), to discuss the annual manager review report, updates from the Treasury division, and other matters to properly come before the committee.

The ARMB Board of Trustees will meet on Thursday, December 3 and Friday, December 4, 2020, beginning at 9:00 am daily by teleconference. The meeting will include the following: reports on fund financials, investment manager portfolios, investment actions, investment reviews, presentations on approaches to the current macroeconomic environment, cyber risk, and other business to properly come before the trustees.

The public is invited to attend the ARMB Committee meetings and ARMB Board of Trustees meeting by phone and will be given the opportunity to provide public comment at the allotted time in the agendas.
