The Marijuana Control Board has adopted regulations regarding Administrative Hold and Seizure.
The regulations are attached to the bottom of this notice.
The Lieutenant Governor signed and filed the regulation on November 6, 2020, and they become effective December 6, 2020.
The regulations will appear in Register 236, January 2021, of the Alaska Administrative Code. Moreover, updated regulations will be available on AMCO's website on December 6, 2020. For further questions, please email amco.regs@alaska.gov.
