NASPO ValuePoint RFP for Computer Equipment was issued by the State of Minnesota Wednesday evening and is currently scheduled to close on January 11, 2021. The solicitation, number 29720, and all addendum’s can be accessed here. A notice will also be posted on the NASPO ValuePoint website here.

The purpose of this RFP is to establish master agreement(s) with qualified manufacturers for Computer Equipment (Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, Servers, Storage and Ruggedized Devices including related Peripherals & Services). There are three product Bands identified below which may be awarded. The State of Minnesota intends to establish multiple awards per Band and reserves the right to eliminate any Bands from the final award.

Band 1: Personal Computing Devices – Windows Operating Systems: Desktops, Laptops, and Tablets

Band 2: Personal Computing Devices – Non-Windows Operating System: Desktops, Laptops, and Tablets

Band 3: Servers and Storage
