NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LAND USE PERMIT: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to execute a Land Use Permit under ADA-32308, as follows: LESSEE: Municipality of Anchorage. PREMISES: Block 33, Lot 10, consisting of approximately 405,953 square feet. LEASE TERM: Eight (8) months beginning November 1, 2020 and ending June 30, 2021, or until the Premises is no longer encumbered by Permittee’s snow and the Premises is cleaned of all debris. LEASE RENTAL RATE: $0.51 per square foot per year. PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES: Snow Disposal Site.

International Airport Road, Anchorage, Alaska 99502. Comments or competing applications may be submitted in writing to: Attention: Tracy Anna Bader, Leasing Officer, Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, P.O. Box 196960, Anchorage, Alaska, 99519-6960, but must be received by 5:00 P.M. on or before November 24, 2020, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the Land Use Permit.
