NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE ALASKACARE RETIREE HEALTH PLAN
The Department of Administration, Division of Retirement and Benefits, proposes to adopt changes to the AlaskaCare Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Retiree Health Plans, effective for the 2021 plan year.
You may comment on the proposed plan booklet changes by submitting written comments to the State of Alaska Department of Administration/Division of Retirement and Benefits at PO Box 110203, Juneau AK 99811-0203. Additionally, the Division of Retirement and Benefits will accept comments by electronic mail at doa.drb.alaskacare.retiree.plan@alaska.gov. Comments may also be submitted through the Alaska Online Public Notice System by accessing this notice on the system and using the comment link. All comments must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. on November 23, 2020.

After the public comment period ends, the Plan Administrator will either adopt the proposed plans, or other provisions dealing with the same subject, without further notice. The language of the final plan documents may be different from the proposed plan documents. You should comment during the time allowed if your interests could be affected. Written comment received are public records and are subject to public inspection.
