Applicant: Riverside Apartments, LLC. Annual rent: $1,835.75. Authorized uses: aeronautical – maintenance of air taxi office building for use in conjunction with lessee’s air taxi business; parking & fueling of lessee’s single engine fixed wing aircraft; air cargo staging; employee & customer vehicle parking; subleasing for any of the above referenced commercial aviation businesses authorized.

This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term extension without competition. Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., November 23, 2020, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the lease.
