NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Ketchikan Pioneer Home Structural Upgrades

RFP Number 25212032

The purpose of the proposed agreement is to provide professional architectural and engineering services for the structural upgrades to the Ketchikan Pioneer Home.  A schematic design effort was completed in 2016 and those deliverables, as well as a hazardous assessment and historical facility project drawings are being made available on the Department’s advertising website for all interested offerors’ information.  Site Visit arrangements can be made by contacting the Department’s Project Manager.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately November 2020 to March 2022.  Cost of these professional services is between $150,000 and $200,000.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than October 26, 2020 prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
