Port Heiden RRS Risk Assessment Support 

Purpose of the IRFP

THE STATE OF ALASKA, OFFICE OF PROCUREMENT AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (OPPM), DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION (DEC) IS SOLICITING PROPOSALS ON BEHALF OF ITS SPILL PREVENTION AND RESPONSE DIVISION FOR SERVICES AND MATERIALS NECESSARY TO PROVIDE RISK ASSESSMENT SUPPORT AND REVIEW. THE SPILL PREVENTION AND RESPONSE DIVISION WILL NEED ASSISTANCE IN COMPLETING TASKS INCLUDING REVIEWING RISK ASSESSMENTS AND RELATED SITE CHARACTERIZATION AND RISK ASSESSMENT RELATED DOCUMENTS PREPARED BY OTHER PARTIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH DEC GUIDANCE.
