Fairbanks Area Surface Transportation (FAST) Planning will hold the 3rd Annual Winter Maintenance Forum in a virtual format via Zoom on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 from 5:30-7:00 PM. There will be a series of informational presentations on winter maintenance from DOT&PF, the City of Fairbanks, the Fairbanks North Star Borough and other special guests about what to expect on the roads and around town this winter.
