NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
AMATS: Downtown Trail Connection Design Services
RFP No. 25212025
The Contractor shall provide professional design and engineering services to connect the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail to the Ship Creek Trail. Anticipated services include Design and Right-of-Way Surveying, Hydrologic and Hydraulic Design, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Support, Public Involvement, Design Study Report, Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, Plans, Specifications and Engineer’s Estimate, Utilities Services, Structural and Foundation Engineering, as well as Assistance during Bidding, Assistance with Design Project Close-out, and Assistance during Construction.
A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately December 2020 to October 2024. Cost of these professional services is expected to be $1,000,000 or greater.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available October 2, 2020 and may be obtained using the link shown below. Persons residing outside the general vicinity may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.
Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than October 26, 2020 at 4:00 p.m., prevailing time.
