Amendment 1 issued 09/15/2020 - Informational only amendment issued answering questions received in response to the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, Alaska Military Youth Academy (AMYA), solicitation for bids for uniforms and general wear items in support of the Youth ChalleNGe Program. Generally, AMYA makes two major purchases of uniform and general wear items per year, just prior to the start of a new ChalleNGe program class. The quantity to be purchased will be based upon current stock levels on hand. Additional purchases may also be made throughout each program on an as-needed basis. For more information, please read the attached Invitation to Bid document. There are no other changes to the terms and conditions of the ITB at this time.
Deadline for Receipt of Bids. Current deadline for receipt of bids in response to the subject ITB is 2:00 p.m. Alaska time on Monday, September 28, 2020. Information on submitting bidss can be found in the attached ITB. Late offers will be rejected.
