The Legislative Affairs Agency  is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for a Child Care Provider that will establish and operate a child care center that will accommodate 30-41 children of various ages between 4 weeks – 8 years old. The child care center is located in the Alaska State Capitol Complex, Thomas Stewart Legislative Office Building (TSLOB), 206 4th Street, Juneau, Alaska.

Pre-Proposal Teleconference:  All Prospective Offerors are encouraged to call into the pre-proposal teleconference.  This pre-proposal teleconference will be held on Friday, September 4, 2020 at 10:30 am., Alaska Time. To attend, Offerors must call into the teleconference lines provided within the RFP.

Registration with Procurement Manager: If you are receiving this solicitation from the State of Alaska Online Public Notices website or through email, you must register with the Procurement Manager to receive subsequent amendments.  Registration should be in writing and email is preferred.  Contact information is shown below.  Failure to register with the procurement manager may result in rejection of your offer.

Deadline for Receipt of Proposals: Proposals must be received by the Procurement Manager no later than 1:30 P.M. Alaska Time on September 18, 2020. Late proposals will not be accepted.
