The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), Facilities Management Office (FMO), Environmental Section for the Alaska Army National Guard is seeking competitive quotes for a qualified supplier to enter into a Master Agreement contract for the printing, mounting, framing, packaging and shipping of existing illustrated posters using the specifications in this RFQ. A sample PDF is attached with this RFQ for reference. Completed framed artwork is to be prepared, packaged, and shipped to the delivery address shown on the first page of this RFQ. If local, arrangements may be made with the Project Manager, or designated representative to pick-up completed product(s). Deadline for Receipt of Proposals. Current deadline for request for quotes in response to the subject RFQ is 2:00 p.m. Alaska time on September 22, 2020. Information on submitting quotes can be found in the attached RFQ. Late offers will be rejected.
