The Department of Corrections, Division of Health & Rehabilitation Services, is soliciting proposals for an individual or agency to provide Psychological Evaluations for applicants and employees throughout the state.
Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m., September 17, 2020, at the address below. It is the intent of the State to issue a contract for the provision of these services beginning on November 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 with optional one-year renewals up to October 31, 2023, if exercised by the State.
