This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is intended to result in the establishment of a contract with a vendor to provide snowplowing and sanding services on Fish Creek Road (Eaglecrest Road) in Juneau, Alaska for the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities.
Services to be provided in accordance with the specifications contained in this ITB each winter plowing season (December 1 through March 15) during the contract period. If plowing and sanding services are required outside of this date range, the project manager and his team will provide the services.
