AMENDMENT #1

The following changes have been made to this LOI;

- Adds and allows subcontractors and third party providers, if authorized by the department. All subs and third party providers are required to meet the same requirements as the primary contractor. Additional information will be provided in the letter of agreement regarding subs and third party providers.

- Removes Gym Memberships from g) Personal Services.

The Department of Corrections (DOC) Division of Health and Rehabilitative Services (HARS) Reentry Unit is seeking multiple services within Anchorage these services are to aid in the reduction of recidivism. These services will be provided to probationers, parolees, or individuals who are within thirty (30) days of release from a correctional institution.
