The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board has adopted regulation Curbside/Home Delivery as permanent through November 15, 2020.
The regulation, which is within the document attached to this notice below, reflects technical changes made by Department of Law (handwritten) which become effective immediately. The underlined and bold changes become effective August 23, 2020.
The Lieutenant Governor signed and filed the regulation on July 24, 2020. Effective 4/16/20; am 4/23/20; and am 8/23/20.
The regulations will appear in Register 235, October 2020, of the Alaska Administrative Code. Moreover, updated regulations will be available on AMCO's website soon; August 23, 2020's changes will be reflected on updated regulations on August 23, 2020.
