Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of the Board of Dental Examiners

On May 5, 2020, the Board of Dental Examiners adopted regulation changes to Title 12, Chapter 28 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern on-site inspections of dental offices for general anesthesia, deep sedation, or moderate sedation permit holders, and renewal requirements.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on July 9, 2020, and will go into effect August 8, 2020. See attached copy of
the filed version of the regulations.

The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 235, October 2020 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
