Review of an application package for an Oil Discharge Prevention and Contingency Plan that is required to commit adequate resources to meet all planning requirements for prevention and response for a realistic maximum discharge from the operations of Crowley Fuels, LLC Aniak Bulk Fuel Facility. Aniak Bulk Fuel Facility has (14) tanks in the upper tank farm, (9) bulk storage tanks, (3) dispensing tanks. (1) heating oil tank, and (1) tank out of service. The lower tank farm has (4) bulk storage tanks. The terminal has a combine capacity of storing 439,110 gallons of petroleum products; consisting of diesel fuel, unleaded gasoline, aviation gasoline, heating fuel, and jet fuel.

The public comment period for this application begins on July 21, 2020 and ends on August 20, 2020. Requests for additional information and comments must be received by 5:00 pm on August 20, 2020.
