NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Parks Highway Alternative Corridor Planning and Environmental Linkage (PEL)
RFP No. 25212005
The Department intends to enter into a negotiated agreement for professional services to create a Planning Environmental Linkage (PEL) document. Specific tasks include planning, environmental studies, forecasting, an origin-destination study, developing a purpose and need, alternative development, cost estimating, construction phasing, and public involvement. The project will include some work that may be accepted into a future environmental document as listed in 23 U.S.C. 168 Integration of Planning and Environmental Review.
A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately November 2020 to November 2024. Cost of these professional services is expected to be greater than $1,000,000.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available June 30, 2020 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, AK before 4:00 p.m. Persons residing outside the vicinity may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than July 28, 2020 before 4:00 PM prevailing time.
