The State of Alaska (SOA), Department of Education & Early Development (DEED), Division Libraries, Archives and Museums (LAM) requests a quote for captioning and audio description services necessary to make video footage compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1 AA). The content that requires captioning and potentially audio descriptions includes, but is not limited to, digitized historical video footage, recorded lectures, webinars, and occasionally museum exhibition A/V materials.

If your firm is able to provide these services as specified, please return a quote using the document provided. Quotes are due no later than 3:00pm Thursday, July 2, 2020 to the Procurement Officer identified in the RFQ.
